The Preventive Controls for Human Foods proposed rule contains
provisions requiring hazard analysis and risk based preventive controls as well
as revisions to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements found in 21
CFR part 110.
The Produce Safety proposed rule sets science-based minimum
standards for the safe growing, harvesting, packing, and holding of produce on
