U.S. Senator Introduces Bill for Protection of Livestock Producers’ Information
On July 23, 2013, the Senate sent a bill (S.1343) introduced by Iowa
Senator Charles Grassley to the Environment and Public Works Committee for review.
The bill, intended to protect the information of livestock producers, has been
read twice by the Senate thus far. The text of the bill is not yet available,
but will be posted on the Library of Congress’s Thomas website.
